Default Email,insert all you "Details" for your order
I will send you a Quote with a Reference Number attached,please
keep this number with you as your "Reference'
You will have to Deposit the Amount Quoted into our Bank
Account for processing reasons with your unique Refence number I will confirm in receiving your Order by Email/Fax/SMS
All new orders except Website Design take between 3- 5
working days,Printing,Design,Delivery. Warranty of Goods/Services
All Goods and/or Services will serve their intended functions.
The Company warrants that (subject to other provisions of these
Conditions): - -We not Liable for any damages occurred to negligence by means of
Ironing,Harsh washing,Bleaching exct.. on the Printed Design or Logo on
the Shirts... and no refunds will occur.
-The Goods will be provided using reasonable care and skill and
we stand for no irresponsibility.

Possible new designs submitted by visitors will be considered by myself
on few criterias applicable to our standards of fashion attained
at Big Bag Graphics and Webdesign CC

in writing.I will refuse printing or editing of any designs containing vulgar
or obscene imagery of any nature
Sales and Profits will be agreed in writing and under no
circamstances will any material be distributed or used for any other
marketing purposes, while in agreement with Big Bag Graphics and
Webdesign CC All images send via email will remain property of the respected owner, and
will not be used in any way unless agreed by both parties to process
the following samples or images for editing and printing purposes. Delivery
All Goods You order will be delivered to your nearest Post Office or the address You give
when You place your order. Delivery shall take place and risk of damage
or loss to the Goods shall pass to You at the time of delivery or if
You wrongfully
fail to take delivery of the Goods at the time when the Company Courier delivery of the
Goods. The Company has no responsibility for insuring the Goods after
delivery.
All deliveries within Gauteng/South-Africa will be included into
the pricing of the Goods, outside these Borders will comply and will be
calculated according to the Courier/Overnight Flight delivery services
used.
Every effort will be made to deliver the Goods as soon as
possible after your order has been accepted and in any event within 30
days of your order. However, the Company will not be liable for any
loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses
caused directly or indirectly by any reasonable or unavoidable
delay in the delivery of the Goods.
If You fail to take delivery of the Goods, without prejudice to
any other right or remedy the Company has, the Company may store the
Goods and charge You all reasonable costs incurred in so doing
including the full cost of related insurance.
Any delivery which does not contain the correct quantity of Goods
ordered, which is misdelivered or damaged in transit must be notified
to the Company in writing within one (1) working day of the date of
delivery. The Company will endeavour
to
rectify the order as soon as possible. Payment Processing Our Bank Account details are Specified below and proof of payment is needed so Fax/Email your proof of payment asap. The Company ensures accuracy in the billings as all transactions are automatically processed. Free Quotes
"Free Quotes" stated on this website means that the following
Quotes will be send via Fax or Email with the corresponded party,which
means this service is free. Confirmation of Goods & Services
The Company will send an electronic mail to the customer within 24
hours upon successful submission of the electronic order of your Goods
and/or Services. If items ordered are unavailable, a Email,Fax, will be sent to the customer for further action.
The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery if full payment has
not been made by You for the goods. Exchange & Refunds
All Goods & Services sold are exchangeable
and refundable,only if its still in its original package, and clean.
